Savant Wellness — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Savant Wellness website (“Site”) or enrolling in our membership-based concierge medical services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Not Medical Advice / HIPAA Disclaimer

- Information on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- Communicating with Savant Wellness through the Site, email, or SMS does not create a physician–patient relationship.

- Protected Health Information (“PHI”) submitted through our patient portal or EHR system is handled in accordance with HIPAA.

- Information submitted through general website forms is not HIPAA-secure and should not include sensitive medical details.

3. Membership-Based Concierge Model

Savant Wellness operates as a membership-based concierge medical practice.

- Membership fees cover enhanced access, communication availability, care coordination, and extended physician time.

- Membership fees do not constitute insurance and do not replace your health insurance coverage.

- Patients remain responsible for all costs associated with labs, imaging, medications, referrals, and outside services.

- Membership fees are non-transferable; cancellation terms appear in the Membership Agreement.

4. Website Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including attempting to interfere with its integrity or security.

5. No Emergency Services

Savant Wellness does not provide emergency medical care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Savant Wellness and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may link to third-party tools or platforms. Savant Wellness is not responsible for third-party content or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savant Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savant Wellness and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
